Fuerza Sidecar Disclaimer

Dear Ice Bear Customer,

Our recent shipment of Ice Bear Fuerza’s is coming with an optional sidecar. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ADVISE USING THE SIDECAR. Final testing of the sidecar was not conducted, and when operating the Ice Bear Fuerza with the sidecar in place, the unit is unsafe.

The sidecar is included with your Ice Bear Fuerza, but Ice Bear Powersports WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGES caused if the sidecar is installed and used. USE THE SIDECAR AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Ice Bear Powersports prides itself in offering fun, innovative, and affordable powersports products. We take every precaution to assure safety while using our products. We are REQUIRING all purchasers of the Ice Bear Fuerza with sidecar, to complete the following form before the unit is released to them.
